ViewRanger has welcomed its first brand ambassador on board: All-round adventurer and outdoor sports-fanatic Hetty Key officially joined the team today.

A selection of Hetty’s favourite training runs in the build up to Lakes Sky Ultra - a mix of short scenic routes and some gruelling fell runs - will be published as a new route collection on ViewRanger this summer, with more coming later in the year.

Hetty said: “I’m thrilled to be working with such a well-respected brand. I already enjoy using ViewRanger in UK and it will be invaluable on trips I’ve planned for the Alps and the Dolomites soon.

Craig Wareham, ViewRanger co-founder, added: “I’m delighted to welcome Hetty to the team – she is an inspirational character and her passion for an active outdoor lifestyle is a great fit for ViewRanger.

“Hetty’s experiences using ViewRanger for such a diverse range of activities will provide invaluable feedback. This will contribute directly to ViewRanger’s continuing development process. We look forward to Hetty inspiring us all with her adventurous spirit, which aligns so well with that of ViewRanger and following her challenges – not only on her blog but also via BuddyBeacon.
