PC Suite reports "The operation could not be completed"
If PC Suite reports "The operation could not be completed", then this indicates that PC Suite is playing up, because all you are doing is copying files.
First try disconnecting the phone from the computer and switch the phone off. Close any Nokia browser windows and exit PC suite. Then switch the phone back on and reconnect, it will probably be OK then.
If that does not work then connect the phone in mass storage or data transfer mode. When you plug in the USB cable the phone probably asks you to choose a mode. Choose "mass storage" or "data transfer". In this mode the phone's memory card appears as a removable USB disk on the computer, so the PC suite software does not get involved.
(If the phone does not ask you to choose a mode when you connect the USB cable, then disconnect the cable. On the phone run the USB app, which is usually in the Tools folder. Set "Ask on connection" to "Yes", close the USB app and reconnect the USB cable. This time it will ask you to choose a mode.)
