The easiest way to install the ViewRanger Android beta is to use the web browser on your phone. Visit www.viewranger.com/vrbeta, which should recognise your phone and show the correct link.

If you have done that and come to this page, or prefer to install via your computer, then the software is available by clicking on this
direct link to the ViewRanger Android software.

If you click on this link using your phone's web browser, the software will download and start installing.

This is a beta release, which is being tested. It may not be as reliable as the released version of ViewRanger. We welcome all feedback and suggestions.

Prior to using this software we recommend you backup the ViewRanger tracks and overlay on your memory card. To do this go to the viewRanger folder on your memory card and copy the .VRO files, along with the Routes and Tracks folders to your computer.

• Give as precise a description of the problem as possible
• Tell us which version of ViewRanger you are using and which maps are installed
• If you have seen a warning or error message, give the exact text of the message
• If you need a new license key include the phone id / IMEI as reported on Options > New license key and and your serial number(s). If you do not have your serial number please tell us the names of the map product(s) you bought.
