If you have not yet registered for my.viewranger.com, use this page to get details of your user account and to reset the password.

User Name Reminder

Enter your email address and press 'Remind me'. Your user name(s) will be emailed to you.

Enter your email address, user name and press 'Reset password'. A new password will be assigned and emailed to you.

Entering Account Details In App

To enter these details in ViewRanger on your phone or tablet:

  • iPhone / iPad: Enter these details using Organizer > Settings > Account & license > Account details, then press Submit to validate.
  • Android: Enter these details using menu key > Options > Settings > Account > Connect or create account.
  • Symbian and Nokia: Enter these details using Options > Settings > User. To validate them go back to the map and use Options > Server > Check with server.
