Latest software

The Android version of ViewRanger is available from the Android Market or from www.viewranger.com/software.

The latest release is v3.0.4 or v3.0.5. Details are in the latest Android release notes.

The Android version of ViewRanger doesn't have as many features as the Symbian version, but is being regularly updated to add them.

Beta release

For the very latest changes, a beta release of ViewRanger is available from www.viewranger.com/vranbeta. See the release notes for details of the changes. The beta is version 3.1.5.

Phone upgrade or replacement

There is no charge to move ViewRanger to a Symbian or Android phone, read the instructions on moving ViewRanger to a new Android phone.

Android Market

ViewRanger is also available through the Android Market and other app stores. The Market version of ViewRanger runs permanently and does not need to be activated. It allows you to use online mapping from Open Street and Open Cycle Map.
