With the ability to enter a specific map coordinate now working in ViewRanger on all compatible phones, we offer a real alternative to traditional GPS devices.

With ViewRanger, not only can you navigate to an urban or rural Geocache using open sourced or topo mapping, but you can also view the progress of others in real-time on screen or share your own location as you explore.

With ViewRanger you can:

• Input a geocache map coordinate (most formats supported)
• Navigate your destination with alarms if you veer to far off course.
• Always see your mapped location on screen (even without mobile coverage)
• Record your track – the path you have travelled, including distance, speed etc
• Mark your start point or the car park as a PoI - so you can find your way back
