Latest software
The Android version of ViewRanger is available from Google Play or from www.viewranger.com/software.
If you originally installed using the Play Store, go to the Play Store app again. Press the phone's menu button and choose My apps. Select ViewRanger and use the Update button.
Version 4.0.10 of ViewRanger was released in May. Details are in the latest Android release notes.
Beta release
For the very latest changes, a beta release of ViewRanger is available from www.viewranger.com/beta. See the release notes for details of the changes. The beta is v4.0.11.

Phone upgrade or replacement
There is no charge to move ViewRanger to a Symbian or Android phone, read the instructions on moving ViewRanger to a new Android phone.
Google Play (Android Market)
ViewRanger is also available through the Google Play and other app stores. The Market version of ViewRanger runs permanently and does not need to be activated. It allows you to use online mapping from Open Street and Open Cycle Map.
