Are you planning a National Trail challenge in 2013?

Have you got a big challenge planned for 2013? If you are planning to walk/cycle/ride on a National Trail then we want to hear from you and feature your adventure on our web site. 

In addition, we are offering the chance to win ViewRanger sponsorship to “Track My National Trail”.

“Track My National Trail” sponsorship will include a free upgrade of your ViewRanger app to give you premium Ordnance Survey mapping for your route area.  The map is available on your phone at all times without the need for network connectivity

This will allow you to create a travel log for your trip using the route creating facility in ViewRanger to track your trail and tweet, take pictures and tag them to the route as you go. By uploading this on to social media your friends and supporters will be able to see how you get on. 

Just as BBC's Matt Baker and a team of young people did in Children in Need.

During the BBC Children In Need 2012, Matt Baker and a team of 6 youngsters peddled a rickshaw from Llandudno to London over 8 days.  Team Rickshaw used ViewRanger to track their progress, tweet and upload photos. 

If, like Matt, your challenge is aid of a good cause then we might be able to offer support towards your accommodation costs as well.
